Obituary for Carol C. Faille (Comstock)

Carol C. Faille 82 entered into eternal peace on Sunday May 7,2017.
Carol was born in Leonia N.J. July 1,1934, resided in Enfield for over fifty years and had, for the past three years, resided in Suffield. She was pre-deceased by her husband Clinton “Jim” Faille in 2003.
Carol was a graduate of St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse. She was a former member of St. Martha’s Church where she was very active for many years. She loved music and enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Carol was a member of the former Christmas choir at the Student Prince Restaurant. For the last several years Carol was a member of Enfield Congregational Church.
She is survived by a son Paul Faille and daughter in-law Deborah Duren of Enfield, a son Christopher and daughter in-law Diane Azevedo-Young, of Springfield, a daughter Carolyn Faille and a son in-law Peter Rawson of Tariffville, a daughter Elizabeth and son in-law Doug Gemmell of South Windsor, she was pre-deceased by her son Mark. She also leaves her daughter-in-law Jocelyn Faille of Waterbury, a brother and sister in-law Robert and Jean Comstock in Andover MA and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Carol’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday May 10, 2017, at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm and burial will follow in St. Patrick’s King St Cemetery.
