I remember the last time I ran into Mrs. C. I was having a bad hair day and kind of put it up the best I could. She said " oh Maria, what did you do to your hair ?"  I said " shhhhhhhhh". Then she said " put on a little weight,  huh ?"   I replied,  " don't tell anyone and I know you will, hahahahaha". That was Barbara,  No holds barred.  I cherished our visits, when she was at the nursing home for a little while. I  know how much it meant to her, then I'd be all caught up with the drama. Now Barbara, you can rest in peace.
